Our Story

Zangos Grill, the brainchild of Mr. Zahir Shah was conceptualized while managing Fort Kochi Restaurant in Al Qusais, Dubai. With the experience of operating and understanding the day to day challenges of running a restaurant, he developed a new fast-food concept with a unique SOP to maintain the consistency of taste and quality across multiple outlets while minimising the expertise and human resource in each outlet.

He spent the last 3 years on R&D and the result, a unique blend of grilled chicken and injected broasted chicken. He traveled around the world in his quest to obtain the best ingredients and the perfect blends.

The Start

Zangos started off its pilot cloud kitchen, food cart and a food truck for trial and errors in Mangalore serving special chicken barbeques. With all valuable suggestions and feedback from the customers, Zangos Grill perfected the menu.

After the initial success in Mangalore, a Zangos outlet was set up in Edappally, Cochin and a Cloud Kitchen in Bangalore. With all these being a great success, Zangos is now ready to go global as a cloud kitchen, a Grill store and as a takeaway outlet.
