The number 1 rule for success: SHOW UP!This means showing up, being present, and not giving up easily. It might sound basic, but it's really powerful.Imagine you're in a game. To win, you have to play. That's like life. If you want to succeed, you've got to show up and participate. When you show up, you tell others and yourself that you're serious about your goals.Being consistent is key. People start to trust and rely on you because they know you'll be there when you're needed.Even when things are tough, don't quit. Keep showing up. This makes you strong and helps you handle challenges. It's like exercising a muscle, the more you do it, the stronger you get. It's not just about being physically there, but about really being part of what you're doing. This rule might sound easy, but it can make a huge difference in your life.

Yes ma’am Elena!!! You’re so right! I just started a group for seasoned 50+ year old small business owners. The zoom call for the group ended up having only 3 people including me 😊, but I did it and it was so valuable and full of golden nuggets and wisdom from all 3 of us!!! I showed up, and so did they ♥️ Thank you for your wisdom

Success demands these 6 things.. (The Secret Formula) 1. Hard Work •Don't believe in luck, believe in hard work. •Stop trying to rush the process or searching for a shortcut. There is none.2. Patience •If you are losing the patience, you are losing the battle. •First nothing happens, then it happens slowly and suddenly all at once. •Most people give up at stage one. 3. Sacrifice•If you don't sacrifice for what you want, then what you want becomes the sacrifice.•Everything has its price. The question is: Are you ready to pay it for the life you desire?4. Consistency •Consistency is what transforms average into excellence. •Without consistency, you will never achieve greater success.5. Discipline •Motivation gets you going, but discipline keeps you growing. •There will be days when you don't “feel” like doing it. •You have to push through those days regardless of how you feel. 6. Self Confidence •Confidence is, I'll be fine if they don't like me.

"Success is not to be pursued; it is to be attracted by the person you become." - Jim RohnLooking at approaching success in a completely different way. Instead of talking about things that I want to achieve and things that I want to have, I think about:What kind of person would have everything that I want? - What kind of work ethic will that person have?- How many hours will he be working? - What kind of library will that person have?- How many books would he/she read in a year?- What kind of friends circle will that person have?- What kind of seminars would that person attend?- How much will relationships, family, and friends mean?- What would he/she define as fun?- What would his daily routine look like?- How much importance will that person give to fitness and well-being?- What will his self-esteem be built around? And when I answer these, I get to know what kind of person I need to become to achieve my goals.Do you think there is any other better approach to approaching success? I would love to Listen and learn. DM or comment. I'd be grateful on inputs.

Day 14 - 2 weeks of documenting….…..Here are 3 key takeaways: 1. Everyday isn’t going to go as you planned. Get comfortable being uncomfortable. 2. Be intentional with everything you do. If it doesn’t move the needle forward to you accomplishing your goal then it doesn’t make sense to do.3. Have a system that keeps you balanced. Have things that you have ultimate control over at the beginning and end of your day. My last point may contradict the first, but here’s what I mean. In the middle of the day we can’t really control the outcome or curveballs that will come our way. - rejection / “failure”- impromptu meetings - family duties But, we can control how we react and how our day begins and ends:I noticed when I started and ended my day with things I can control - a routine , the middle of my day was easier to navigate. When I didn’t follow my routines, everything became chaotic and I had to reorganize my thoughts and actions. Which not only slowed down some personal goals but it impacted other areas of my life as well. The crazy thing is… I still made progress. I say all that to say, when you’re on a path to success… it’s not always going to go as you planned, but if you control what you can. Your actions, your attitude. You can become a person that is worthy of the success you want.

Hurry is killing your soul. We've been taught speed = success. Multitasking... Hustling... FOMO...But productivity comes at a cost. We're losing the joy of life itself. Let's slow down. Meditate in the morning. Sit with your coffee. Watch nature. Close your eyes and listen to the sounds around you.Maybe, just maybe, you'll find that success looks a lot different than you've been taught. It looks like balance. It looks like a deep appreciation for the present moment. It looks like a peace that goes beyond understanding. Slow down and see for yourself.

HAPPY WEDNESDAY!Today we're talking about a question that was posed to me by a good friend of mine earlier this week Connor Lloyd. I was talking with him on the phone and he posed the question: How would you define success on a daily basis? And this struck me as an interesting question for a couple of reasons-1) Success is generally easy to define on an event-by-event basis, like a competition or a match. For example, I play jiu jitsu, so success is fairly easy to define - winning the match.2) Success is also generally defined as long term success. For example, if you as a college student or young professional what success looks like for them, they'll often say things like "Graduate on time, get a good job, build my career, and start a family." The thing is, those concepts aren't real yet. They exist only in the person's imagination and therefore really aren't anything other than goals. The person effectively answered the question "What would you call success?" with "Meeting my goals." A lot less exciting, right? That's why defining success on a day-to-day level was so interesting to me. It re-frames the question to be "What are the individual things you have to do in any given day that would qualify that day as a success?" And the list can be long or short. I'll give you my definition for a successful day below, and am looking forward to seeing in the comments how you would define it. For me, a successful day has four components:1) Take care of all of the things you are immediately responsible for2) Pray3) Think deeply about something specific4) Experience true joy of some kindNow these can take several different forms, because no two days are the same, but if I can do all four of those things, I can lay my head down on my pillow at night and say today was a successful day. So, how do you define success on a day-to-day basis?

"If you want to be successful, you need to focus on one thing and do it relentlessly. Obsess over it more than anyone else on earth. Don't be afraid to fail, and don't give up. If you keep at it, you will eventually achieve your goals. Here are a few tips for finding your one thing:Think about what you're passionate about : - What are you good at? - What do you enjoy doing?Look for something that you can see yourself doing for the rest of your life.Make sure that it's something that you're willing to put in the hard work for.Once you've found your one thing, don't be afraid to go all in. Dedicate yourself to it, and don't let anything stand in your way. If you do that, you'll be well on your way to success." #work #success #life
